The Blind School

Set up in 1999 by Sabriye Tenberken and Paul Kronenberg,
the Project for the Blind/ Lhasa is the first and the only organisation
in the Tibet Autonomous Region to help, train and support the blind
in Tibet.

N.Y.T.T.M. is a project set up recently by a group of Tibetan doctors in Lhasa concerned with improving the conditions of public health in the countryside through promoting the rediscovery of the techniques of traditonal Tibetan medecine. |
 Nyalam. |
Founded and supported by a local buisnessman in Nyalam, the elementary school we are supporting offers a basic education to some of the most impoverished children in the area. |
